I have been an Associate R. E. Broker with John J Lease Realtors for thirteen years. I have also managed two Satellite Offices for John J Lease Realtors, in Montgomery and in New Windsor. My responsibilities included the training and motivation of my agents and sales teams. I also arranged all marketing and sales plans, advertising schedules, and workshops. I prepared all sales meetings and arranged for guess speakers and meetings with mortgage brokers to inform the agents of all the current activity in the market. I dealt with the attorneys to help create all contracts and bring all deals to closing.

My experience has also been in the commercial field. My commercial sales have included strip malls,medical centers, land for sub- divisions,also sales of multi family property for investors. I have also represented developers for acquisition of land purchases and site sales.

I also have a business background. I have owned and operated Salons and Spas for over twenty years. This has given me the wonderful opportunity to deal with so many people in all walks of life. I am definitely a people person and enjoy every encounter to meet some one new, it is truly a learning experience.
